Nature and animal lover, Pammy is based in Bali, Australia and Corsica.

She has been travelling for the past 10 years and teaching yoga for over 3 years.

Her deepest connection of Yoga has been acquired through her own practice and life experiences.

She discovered Yoga in a school in India, the world capital of Yoga and spent half a year in ashrams living amongst teachers.

So she was able to integrate all parts of Yoga in her daily life.

She enrolled in a yoga school in Australia afterwards and graduated with a 800h certificate.

Her teachings rise from traditional Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative Yoga and are reflecting her life & travel experiences.

Living a holistic life, she likes to bring awareness onto movement and breath.

Her love for sound and aromatherapy lead her to immerse her students into spaces of sound, smells and relaxation.

Her highlights on teaching are Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga with a focus on Pranayama (breath control) and Meditation.

As a freediver, she herself practices a lot of breathwork.
